The Ritz-Carlton Dove Mountain anchors the community alongside multiple championship golf courses (including the Jack Nicklaus and Tom Weiskopf-designed courses). This is emphatically not the same market as Continental Ranch or Gladden Farms — the price difference (nearly double) is fully justified by location, elevation, views, and amenity quality.

Important Note
Dove Mountain is within the Town of Marana — same city government, same Marana USD school district. But it's about 16 miles northwest of downtown Tucson and physically separated from other Marana communities by the Tortolita Mountains.
